Regarding roof horns not working, collected this info from helpful users in this forum.

Horns Not Working..
Had this problem too, found a broken wire in the loom down by the driver's side chassis horn. Wire was dark blue and ran from there up through the driver's side windshield post to the roof horns.

I located the blue wire where it was tied into the plug at the drivers side
chassis horn right where you said it would be. The connection there seemed fine
so I followed the wire in it's dedicated 1/4" flex line up behind the grill area
and right across the front of the master cylinder area where there was a large
glob of electrical tape on the flex line before it headed inside the coach.
Taking the tape off revealed two ends of the blue wire, one up to the roof, one
down to the aforementioned plug, intentionally capped off. Stripped and
connected the wires and voila, power to the roof horns! Thanks for getting me
right to the heart of the matter. At least they put it stage center when you
opened the front access.
You'd think that would've solved my problem but turns out the cheapo roof horns
are real mickey mouse and not working. Dissected them and figured out how
they're supposed to work and found the contact points that make and break the
magnetic field which vibrates the diaphragm to be not conducting electricity on
both horns. Took an emery board to the contact points to clean them and aligned
them to be sure the collar on the diaphragm core which contacts the point arm to
open them was in the right place and reassembled only to find no honk. Playing
further revealed that leaving all the screws loose around the diaphragm ring
would allow the diaphragm to vibrate enough to make some weak noise but when
things tightened up it dampened the diaphragm down to the point of nada! Tried
many different combinations of paper gaskets, rubber gaskets, no gaskets with no
real success and finally gave up.

Yep, those roof horns are for display purposes only. Can't even take them off because it would leave some visible holes.
