I am new to this forum. I am looking at 2005 Seabreeze 8375LX 12k miles great shape most options dealer asking 59,900. I was wondering if anyone has any comments on this motor home or has owned one. I am a little concerned that it is 37 foot and be too much motor home for gas engine and if the price is in line.
Thanks Rickj

IMO, if the empty weight is under 20k # honest (no goods or liquids in) you will be OK. That is what ours weighed (19.6) and the W22 has been adequate. What is the wheelbase? Hopefully more than 228", so the handling is OK. Too much rear overhang can cause wandering or wagging. More ft of length can just be more air space and not much more weight. The LX does add some options, so the empty weight is the main concern.

The 2005 8375 is built on the W24 chassis with a 24000 GVW and a combined weight rating of 30000 lbs. The wheelbase is 242". The W24 chassis also has the Allison 2100 MH trans with the push button shift console. This National coach is the only one in 2005 that is built on the W24 chassis.
Hope this helps.

We have a 37ft. with 3 slides and love it, it is on a W24 chassis with no problems. I think that if it is in good shape and taken care of that you can't go wrong National built a great motorhome, Hope this helps
