Joelyn, we have owned NRV coaches for over seven years and have been very satisified. I admit that having the factory close by was a great peace of mind. While we never had any serious service items, I knew the factory could handle it. Now that level of comfort is gone, and would have to give a great deal of thought if I was to buy another coach. In short I don't trust dealership service departments and don't like the idea of bringing the unit in and have them keep it for 2 weeks, or longer, only to find out it wasn't fixed correctly.

I would love to purchase a Pacificia, however not having a good repair facility with accessess to technical support, I would have to turn it down. The only exception that I can think of would be the price, and I don't know of any dealer who would willing to let a Pacifica go for around $170,000.

I believe you will hear from many loyal NRV owners that will say "Go For It", I consider myself a loyal owner, that loves their coach, but I have had 3 years of factory service to work out the kinks.

Fred

We own a 40 foot 2007 Pacifica, traded up from a 37 foot 2001 Tradewinds, and we love. If you can get it at a reasonable price you will have a great time "putting on the miles" and living in it.
