39200428 Leveling motor

I was on the class A forum to get some info on my noisy leveling sys., So with suggestions from them, I removed the pump motor. just like they said, a rusty mess, I ordered the motor on line, the # on the side of the motor is 39200428 after taking a closer look, the pump that I ordered comes with the bearing already attached, on mine the bearing is still in the pump assembly, on top of the tank. Has anyone done this? It looks like I might have to take the whole thing apart which means I'm getting over my head. Oh It's a Dolphin 2002 on a F53.

Power Gear suggested i remove the fluid tank and the pump rod and punch the rusted bearing out that way.Looking from underneath, the hole is only about the size of my little finger. How in the world that going to work.Darn! Got to be a way.

Cant you just take the two bolts out of the motor casing to R&R it? Can you post a pic of the motor/pump setup in the coach?

The motor bolts to the top of the pump assembly with the bearing in-between the pump assembly and motor. When I removed the motor, the bearing stayed in to the pump assembly, it is stuck because of rust.

Well, without seeing a pic of the exact situation.. a "inside" bearing puller might do the trick.

That may be a solution. What I'm having a problem with, is there is nothing to bite into, even from underneath' I don't want to whack on anything unless I'm sure that it's not a seal or bushing. I know I might be a little cautious, but I don't want to make things worse! Thanks.
