4-way flasher

Can any one tell me where the 4-way flasher is located? I cannot tell by the sound because it is dead.

Is there an access panel in your dash to get to the back of the instrument panel? If so I'd start there.

Hazard Warning Flasher

Thanks, I took the switch plate at the far left of the dash. It was hiding in there. I could hardly see it. Thanks
