we recently purchased a 98 36' dolphin and the front driver side jack will not drop down. we took it to an rv dealership and were told that most likely the jack was bent and maybe the previous owner had tried to manually shove it up. we were told that we should replace the leveler and it will cost about $750 for the one leveler. wow, does this sound right?? Our motorhome unfortunatlely didn't come with any owners manuals so we are kinda in the dark here so if anyone has one they can copy for us we will gladly reimburse you. thanks so much!

Below is a link to a leveler manual which covers my '99 Dolphin, so it should cover yours. Down around page 24 are the troubleshooting guides. Hopefully you can find a less expensive resolution.
