99 SeaBreeze 5th wheel

2 questions
my recently aquired 5th wheel has a compartment in the rear interior where the breaker box is. on the outside of the compartment is a light switch with a red light. when i switch place the switch in the up position the red light comes on.
anybody know what this is for.

2nd question: appears from what i can tell every ac outlet and all lights are wired to one 15 amp breaker which trips on a regular basis, for example tv,ceiling fan,microwave on at the same time will trip it.
is everything really going to this one breaker?
should it be?

The switch with the red light may be exterior storage compartment lights. Microwave should have it's own breaker.
