I have the vent covered.
I checked the switch yesterday and it has labels on it. When the switch is down the label says 50amp. When the switch is in the up position it says 30 amp. This was laws prior to my ownership. Does that should right?

On my 06 UP is the 50 amp position. I f yours is labeled wrong that would do it. Try it in the other position if that is it you will know very soon as 1 compressor hardly cools.

Does it sound different when the second compressor turns on?
When you stand out side by the unit and Fire it up you will hear the condenser fan come on and the inside fan at once and you can hear the second compressor come on after a short delay maybe 2 seconds. When mine kicks in you can hear the fans draw down as it comes on.

I semi hope that this is not the problem cause that means I've been sweating for nothing. Thanks for the tips. I'll check it tomorrow.
Well the switch was the problem. I did have to take it in for diagnosis as I could not tell if both compressors were running. I was told the second was not getting power and they sourced it back to the 30amp 50amp switch.
Thanks for the tips guys.
What FRED and Bonnie is 100% correct. If your home normally you get 30 AMPS and need 50 AMPS to get both AIR to run also you have to change your switch to 50 AMPS if running the Pony. This system works well if your plugged into 50 AMPS I have been in over 100 degrees and stayed cool usage of 50 AMPS
