A/C problem

I had a new expansion valve installed in the MH, everything seemed okay.
yesterday I noticed that the air would be cool and then warm and to top it off, there would be no air blowing out at all. Then it would start e working again with warm air coming out until it cooled again. Any idea what I should be looking for? Thank you, have a safe and enjoyable Holiday week-end.

Rich

I have the Ford Triton V10 and yes I would say it happens mostly on long climbs. Freon was charged when expansion valve was changed. Thanks for you replies,

then you likely have a vacuum canister capacity problem. See fords publicantion article no. 12-7-2. if you send me a PM I can forward it to you. bottomline the new spec calls for a larger canister but I have not been able to find the new part. A mechanic friend of mine told me to add a second canister of equal size, "T" fiting to install, and that will double your capacity. You might have a blend door problem but doubt so if it only happens on hills. I would think if blend door problem then it would do all the time.
