Access to fresh water tanks in Tradewinds

It seems that I may have a leak in one of the two fresh water tanks under my 1999 Tradewinds 7371. I'd like to be able to check out all the connections, but I have no idea how to access the them.

Can anyone tell me how to go about this?

I also had two tanks. One was under the dinette seat and had a hose on the bottom that fed the second tank under the coach. The hose between the two developed a leak. When the tech removed the top tank he found it also had a crack. He told me the two tank system over pressurized the bottom tank when both tanks were filled to capacity. He recommended I just remove the cracked top tank, which I did. I now have some extra storage space. Just have to live with 50 gallons of water instead of 100.

Edit: I was winterizing the unit today, and as I was draining the fresh water tank(s) via the in-line valve accessible through the small door held onto the side by Velcro, I noticed that the panel onto which the Velcro is attached has screws in it. If I remove this panel, I suspect I'll be able to view the side of the first tank, but will I be able to see the second tank, too?
