Air bag compressor question

I have a small air compressor behind the grill that leads to a small tank for my rear air bags. I have 2 toggles in the cab to fill each bag as necessary. Problem is that it takes 20 minutes + for the compressor to fill the tank. That seems way excessive. Any thoughts on how long it takes for y'alls compressor to get charged up and stop?

I also have what looks like to be an air port near my trailer hitch. It's goofy looking. What kind of connector can I use to use the air outlet.

Thanks

Zoli
