Antifreeze, how much to use?

I have a problem about how much to use.
I have a 2001 Sea Breeze 30' with a 70 gal water tank.
The label on RV antifreeze says add antifreeze and then fill the tank up.
First of all, how many gallons do I use?
And do I really need to add water.
Looking forward to your input.
Thanks
Chuck

You do not fill your water tank. Use the low point drain to empty it then you should have a bypass valve by your water pump. Not sure if you have a line that is used to suck in the antifreeze but look at your manual. I use about 5 gallons to winterize my coach so I’m thinking 3-4 should be enough for you. If you have never done it I would suggest to ask a friend with experience to walk you though it the first time to be sure you don’t overlook something. I’m sure there are plenty of YouTube videos that explain the procedure.

Good luck!

And if you are winterizing you are draining all the water not adding.

May I be so bold as to request a picture of the "RV antifreeze" you are using? An Amazon link will do. Your instructions do not match any of the RV antifreeze I have used.
Thanks

You are using RV Antifreeze, right. Not automotive. RV antifreeze is pink and available for $3 - $5 a gallon. In 45 years of RVing, I have never heard of RV antifreeze to which you would add water.

I've never seen that on a label either. Must be a different kind of RV antifreeze than the kind available in my area. Takes me about 10 minutes and 1.5 gallons to winterize my entire motorhome.

Purchased the same concentrate from Amazon couple years ago. Less weight to ship. It comes in a gallon container partially filled and you top it off with water.
And yes it was RV antifreeze.

In that case I would assume you simply fill the gallon jug but I didn't see any that said to put it in your water tank and fill it up. I looked on Amazon and those concentrate bottles sell for about $7 each. Ready made at WalMart goes for like $2.75/gal.

Yep on that. I paid 2.29 a gal and usually buy enough for two seasons if I find a good buy.

Sorry guys, I read the label again and don't know where I got my info from but was not on jug. I guess it was a senior moment, 80 fast approaching
My rig took 2 gal and 1/2 hour
