Anyone know what this is ?

This is mounted on the roof of my 2008 Dolphin, I always assumed it was a plumbing vent. However, I notice it's located where there is no pipe running to it. I removed it to redo roof caulking and see it is electronic, maybe a Sirius antenna or some sort of sensor. It is not accessible from the inside, the telephone like cable connected to it was put in by National when the RV was built. I have not been able to find anything on it. It kind of looks like a marine Sirius satellite antenna. My radio doesn't have the option but maybe National roughed in the cable and "antenna" in case the Sirius option was ordered , just a guess.
Any ideas ?

It is the Dometic awning wind sensor. The cable connects to the Dometic control box in one of your basement compartments. On our prior coach, I never could get it to work well. There are dip switch settings to adjust sensitivity, but they don't seem to work well either.

Thanks for your replies and the answer. Googled Dometic awning wind sensor and there it is.
