We are new to using forums so please bear with us. We own a 2007 Dolphin 5355 and absolutely love it. We bought it "new" in 2009 after Nat'l went out of business. We've had some minor issues but our latest problem has brought us to you...we need to talk with more experienced folks! Our automatic visior went out on the way to Florida this year. The service people did some testing and decided we need a new motor. We are having difficulty locating one and wonder if any of you have had a similar problem. Are there other options that would work just as well? Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry you are having problems but welcome to iRV2. You might Google RV Surplus or RV Salvage to see about a motor for your coach.

Yes, I have the same issue. I thrught that it may have been the switch, so I change the switch. Still not working. I am currently working with my RV Dealer to replace the visor. I have not taken the visor down to see if there is a company name on the motor.

From what I can find it was made by Automation Shade out of Canada. When the repairman took it apart he found the part number of 131279. The company has not responded to any of our emails. Found a tele # of 905-470-6198 and will try them tomorrow. Will let you know what we find out.
