The probes are in the tank. The way I cleaned mine is to use cheap liquid or powder laundry detergent and cheap powder dishwasher detergent. Fill your tank about 2/3rd with water, add 1 or 2 cups of each detergents. Dissolve the powder before putting in the tank. Take the MH for a drive, try to make the water in the tank to slosh around as much as you can. Drain the tank, and use the flushing system for at least 5 minutes. When finished check if level indicater is showing the tank is empty. If not do the process again. I do not use the chemicals that are made for the holding tank. I only use the two detergents in both the gray and black tank. Never have any oders and tank levels read correct. Once the probes were clean I just use 1 cup of each detergent in each tank.
