Back from our long (for us) trip.

We returned home from our 15 Night trip. We were in Lake McConaughy Nebraska. We meet my Sister and her Husband someplace every year for a week of fishing and fun. This year I took home the perpetual fishing trophy. That first night was no prize winner, but the rest of the places we stayed were pretty nice. We chose not to go back to the first place on our way home.
Here are the pictures.

Then we headed North to Madison South Dakota to pick up our new Puppy. Since we were in South Dakota we decided to just cut across the state to Mount Rushmore since neither of us had ever seen it. It's well worth the trip if your in the area.
Here are the pictures of the last half of the trip.

A great trip was had by all.

The first time I used my electric knife was to fillet a 5# cat. I forgot to take the clear plastic protector off, said some sailor words and wondered why it wasn't cutting. Duh!

Looks like the two of them will be good buds. Sorry about not getting up there to meet up. Lots of stuff going on, couldn't get away. Your new boy looks like he'll be a good companion for Emma and you guys.
