Battery Disconnect Switch 2006 5342 Dolphin

We have a 2006 5342 Dolphin. After reading much discussion on the pros/cons of leaving the unit plugged in over winter storage, I elected to leave it plugged in with the switch on and check the battery water every week or so. Since I de-winterized it the battery disconnect will not "disconnect" anymore. I have disconnected both house and chassis batteries but no change. The "interconnect" solenoid remains powered all the time unless even when not connected to shore power. I've read a couple of similar threads posted and tried the resolutions, but still no disconnect. Everything else is working fine and the batteries are well charged. Any ideas?

Your solenoid is stuck, under your inside steps in the battery compartment you should have 2 re settable circuit barkers. You can shut off DC power from the house and chassis batteries. Disconnect shore power and DC power and tap the interconnect solenoid lightly with a screw driver handle. Re set your DC barkers and see if the switch will work the solenoid, if not it sounds like a remove and replace.
