Battery Location

I am new and trying to locate battery location. Engine doesn't turn. 30 amp hooked up and the elec works. Need to start RV

What brand/model of RV do you have??

On our Tiffin Allegro Open Road the chassis battery (engine) is located in the front and you gain access through the engine access panel. The house batteries are located under the entry steps.

In our Surf Side, the chassis battery is located in a compartment on the driver's side closest to the front of the coach. It takes a weird key to open. The house batteries are under the entrance step.
