Battery watering systems

Checking the water in my batteries is almost impossible without removing the batteries. So I'm curious about the watering systems that I've seen for the batteries. Wondering if anyone has anything positive or negative to say about the systems. i'm hoping to get a few recommendations? Thanks very much.

They work great. Installed on my previous coach due to inaccessibility. The convenience is such that even if accessible they would justify being installed.

I bought one several years ago and am so glad. No longer need the mirror and the mess it took to do the batteries. And they get filled much more often now.

I asked the same question a few months ago and got the same answers. 8 batteries, 2 Min, Done, perfectly topped off to the correct level. Makes you willing to check them regularly.

On my 98 Tradewinds i purchased a battery fill container from Advance Auto I fill it with distill water the spout has is retractable and when you place it in the battery it only fills to correct amount. Cost $7

I have the Pro-Fill watering system on my six 6V batteries, make it very easy to keep them topped of. Another benefit is the batteries stay clean of corrosion.

X2 The batteries only pick up road grime, no corrosion. I just wash off with the hose, no need for the baking soda.

My question is what brand did you use?

The first "mod" I did on our new Class A was a Pro-Fill watering system for the batteries. Had it on our previous coach, makes topping of the batteries a breeze.
Best investment, ever!

What do I need?

What do I need? I have four 6V batteries for the house, and two 12 V batteries for the chassis, do I need three separate systems with one filler bulb or whatever you use to fill them with.
And again what brand system would you recommend?

Not cheap but worth the money. I keep a bottle of distilled water next to the batteries. It takes a couple of minutes to fill them up. No popping caps off, no more ruined shirts.

I have the Flow Rite battery watering systems. Qwik-Fill is for 12V batteries, Pro-Fill for 6V batteries. Each Pro-Fill kit fit two 6V batteries. You only need one filler bulb for all the kits you have. For multiple batteries the kits are connected together and all batteries fill from one connection. I have six 6V batteries, ordered six kits. Search on line for the best price.
