So is this an air filter for a basement A/C or for the engine? Please explain, "BUT it get smashed it and don't fit correctly" What's smashing it? Maybe a photo would clarify your issue.

The 2004 5355 Dolphin is a front engine gas powered coach, it has a COLEMAN basement air con. So the filter must be for the Coleman unit.

I purchased a bunch of them from HomeDepot, about $3-$4 each, 10x20x1, Brand is True Blue, Basic Protection. Fits perfect.

The OP says he can buy 10X20X1 but they don't fit correctly.

Well we both have 2004 Dolphins, we both have the Coleman heat pump basement mounted air conditioning. This brand fits mine so it makes sense it should fit his too.

I agree, either there is something wrong with his filter frame or he is installing the filter incorrectly. Probably never know unless the OP returns and updates the thread.

10x20 should be right size. Make sure when putting it in to drop in edge nearest you first. The openingredients extends beyonder the slide.
