Has anyone replaced the TV in the bedroom. Cannot figure out how it was installed and want to put a HD TV in.

Thanks,

Bill Allen

if ours is the same it's not fun. inside the cabinet there is vaneer on the roof. i used a hole saw in the two front corners to locate 1 screw in each. then in the back there are metal straps that i had to use a sawsall on. good luck.

I have a 2005 Sea Breeze 8360 on a Workhorse chassis. I don't know if your tv is mounted the same as mine, but it was simple getting mine out. The bedroom tv is mounted on a steel plate that is slid under a retainer plate in the back of the tv. All I had to do was remove three screws that held the front part of the steel plate to the cabinet base [right in front of the tv] and slide the tv forward to release the steel plate from the rear retainer. Turn the tv while it's still in the cabinet to remove the cable connection, unplug it, and it slides right out. Total time for the whole removal was about three minutes.
