I have a 2003 Damon Intruder that had the same issue with the windshield popping out. I attempted to fix it by having a body shop buildup the area around the window up and basically having the glass folks "glue" it back in the opening. About a year later the other side came out of the seal; I repeated the above steps and this lasted for about another year when I had one side come back out.
I called Damon on the issue and they referred me to Total Value RV in Elkhart. When I brought the RV to total value the service tech told me that the issue occurred when the MH was manufactured; they did not properly square up the front cap prior to installing the windows. I had two options: Purchase a new cap (approx. $12k option) or pull the existing cap and see if they can square it up (approx. 7K option).
They were successful in performing option two! They pulled the existing cap, installed the windows, reinstalled the cap and then repaired the joining areas (Cap to Coach seams).
The repair has held for about 2 years now and I have hit some large bumps on the Highways of Illinois!
