Which wire do I hook the brake control up to on the brake light switch. There are two plugs on the switch. One with an orange, white and light blue wire. The other plug has a purple and grey wire. Several are hot when the brake is applied, but I know that there is a brake pressure pump hooked to one of them, and I don't want to screw up the pump.

Seeing the lack of responses, I would suggest you bite the bullet and go to a shop that installs these things.
On the Ford chassis, many of them, the complete brake controller plug is wrapped somewhere around the bottom of the steering column or nearby. Maybe you can get lucky with your GM!
Good luck!

I found out that the light blue wire from the brake switch is the wire that is hooked to the brake controller.
