If it's a tiny fan blade like Ventline, then you remove the inner garnish ring, crank handle, fan button, and screen. Pull the blade off the shaft. Reverse.

At that point I'd replace it with a Fantastic Fan.

It's a six blade fan. I can't see any markings on it. Can I just pull it straight down to remove it?

Probably, but a few small screws removed will reduce the risk of bending something beyond repair. I changed mine from metal to a quieter plastic design in a few minutes.

Yes it's press fit on a "D" shaft.

Measure the boar and make sure it's .125" if not scroll down the AMAZON link and find the .094 Boar one.
Ventmate 65484 White 6" Replacement Jensen Fan Blade with 0.125" Round Bore : Amazon.com : Automotive

Thanks for the link jesivas, I added that to my online collection

Send a message via ICQ to Fred and Bonnie
Rotation is also important, CW or CCW. I lost the broken fan blade, ended up changing out the entire unit.
