Noticed yesterday that the lock below the dead bolt is not locking the door. The key turns and you can hear a noise like it is locking, but when you pull on the outside handle, the door opens up. Is the a way to fix it or are there replacement locks available. I have a 04 Sea Breeze.

Thank You

Your entrance door latch should be a TRIMARK product. Do a google search and you will find what you need. TRIMARK link below Most of the entrance door latches are on page 2. TRIMARK also made the cargo door latches used on National RV products.

Products / Handles / Paddle | TriMark Corporation

Thank you for the information Richard S. Now I just have to hope I can get one ordered and install it myself.

Be sure to do this soon.... I don't have pictures, but one day I closed my door behind me (on the way in) and the spring loaded latch snapped in half leaving absolutely no way to exit through the door. 4 hours later and many trips through the window, I had cut through the TriMark lock and was able to pull the spring out and retract the latch.

Also, here is a link to where I purchased the replacement.
Save at RV Partscenter - RV Parts and Supply

Checking with local RV dealers, they were charging anywhere from $125 to $250 for this. This link shows it for $63.

I replaced mine. Three screws and the inside comes off. The lower lock is just a piece of sheet metal that blocks the release by the handle. Take it off and have a look before you spend about $150 for a new one.

Remove the red rubber thing before removeing. The dead bolt handle on the inside is on a "D" shaft so it slides off to the inside.

No springs will fly and all the working parts are on the outside piece.
