bumps in bedroom floor

I have a 1997 National Dolphin RV. Lately I have noticed several bumps in the bedroom floor. It almost hurts your barefoot when you step on them.Should I pull up the carpet or try to pound them down? I also worry if this is affecting my structuality at all. As usual any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Are the bumps in a line with slide-out rails? If you can lift up the bed there might be a trap door that will let you look under the floor with a mirror and flashlight.....

I agree with these other guys. The only way you will know what is going on, is to look at it. Find a way, or pull up the carpet. Keep us posted.
