Would like to remove the couch from our 05 Dolphin, but want to know two things first...
1...Is the slide out under the couch fully carpeted?
2...How is the couch fastened to the floor?
appreciate any input
Gary

1. My '01 slide had full carpet!

2. Via a couple of blocks (wooden?) attached to floor or wall. Can be seen with the couch open.

When I removed mine, I had to cut it up to get it through the door! Good thing I had no further use for it!

Good luck!

H

MY 03 has carpet and a huge drawer on the bottom allowing access---it bolts down---I think I could get to them and remove it?

I wish you well

Our '05 is carpeted fully under the couch!
It is attached to the floor with 4 or 6 bolts that come through the floor
from the outside. They are flat headed on the outside and flush with the
bottom of the slide..

Our couch had carpet under. It was attached to the wall with 3 screws.

For anyone that ever needs those "flat headed" bolts as I did... I found them at a local hardware store and they are called "elevator bolts"
