And with the rv not plugged in to shore power and generator not running. Start the engine and check the voltage at the engine battery, should be about 14 volts.

Ok found the problem .... Had two dummies involved ... The dummy who sold me two 8 VOLT batteries ... No voltage output wrote anywhere on the battery and me the second dummy for not having a voltage meter from the get go !!!! Thx for the help y'all !!!!!!! Live and learn ... Did find out why the batteries were going down ... Now to fix the 110 outlet .... Thx again !!!

BCC = Battery Control Center ..... Power management board for the RV.

I just changed out my batteries and one of the small fuses had a trip button on it and all I did was reset it and all worked fine. Of course I pulled out everything before I found out it had a trip on it.
