03 Dolphin LX 6342 ---The right side of the coach battery tray seems to be stuck, but I can see nothing holding it. The middle track on the left side starts out fine when I pull on the tray, but the rights side will not move. The tray will come out about 5 or 6 inches, but then stops because the right side middle track has not come out as it should.
Anyone had this problem or know where to start to solve the problem?

I suspect you may have the same type of tray I had in my 04 National Tropi Cal. The tracks on each side are slides with ball bearings in them. when closed there are sections of the track that the bearings do not rest in that fill with rust. It was necessary to spray everything I could get to with WD40 and keep working the trays then spray over and over and work some more. I was finally able to get the trays open enough to remove the batteries so that I could really clean and oil everything. It was a real pain but from then on I would open and oil everything a couple times a year.

Thanks Brian --I finally got some weather where I could work on the tray and you were right. I sprayed with WD40 and the right side finally broke free. Will have to really clean better when warmer weather stays around a little longer.
