Does anybody know where I can get a deadbolt for my '95 Dolphin 32' Pusher? Or if not, does anybody know who made the thing so that I can get a new lock cylinder?
Thank you for any help.
-Andrew

I just purchased this motorhome and it didn't have a key for the deadbolt, however, it did have manuals for almost everything (everything but the deadbolt).

I replaced my deadbolt with a stock house lock from a hardware store. I don't know if that would work for you. Here is the thread where I show my setup.

I didn't have a key for my deadbolt when I bought my coach either...I took the dead bolt out and took it into a locksmith, he made me a key.

Thanks for the helpful suggestions...
I think that I will go with the house type of deadbolt.

That one looks good Richard S, it should be a lot better quality than the original.
I wanted a double cylinder lock. That's why I went with a hardware store unit. Plus it was a bit cheaper to boot and black to match my trim.

I have the same problem with my Holiday Rambler Endeavor but the lock has a round bolt, so a house type lock is out of the question. I think the taking it to a locksmith is a great idea if they can make a key for it. Thanks for the idea

The company that manufactured National RV's entry door assemblies for years is PTL Engineering in Lapeer, Michigan, 810-664-2310. They'll need to know the year and model of your unit. I've previously ordered the door "hold-open" locking assembly for my unit and they responded very quickly.
