I end up replacing my front door gas shock about twice a year. There must be something else to take it's place that would work on those slightly windy days that would hold the door from moving. I've noticed on some mh's that they use a flat metal piece that folds in the center as it closes. Anyone changed from the gas shock to something else with success? My mh is a 2001 TradeWinds 7390

Future Sales You may want to get stronger struts or install two to handle the load. Email the above website for their input. Always better to ask an expert.
