Double slide stopping on the way in

Our ‘07 Sea Breeze has the double slide in the bedroom. On the last trip of the year a few months ago when I ran the slide in, the outer slide stopped about 6” out from the body. My first thought was that I’d have to throw the release switch, and run it in by hand. I tried the switch the other way, and it would go out, but not in. I pulled the mattress off, and looked around, but didn’t see anything amiss. I assumed it was some sort of limit switch? Not sure about that though. So after much debate, I decided to chance it, and ran it out all the way. I then ran it in without stopping, and it went all the way. Whew. Quitting while I was ahead, we drove home. So now, after experimenting with it while it’s parked safely I figured out that if I stop before it’s in completely, it won’t resume. If I don’t stop on the way in, it’s fine. Anyone experience this? Any ideas? Should I be worried? Easy fix, or should I take it in? Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on it.
