Just pick up a new 08 Pacifica. I do not like the small window opening on the drivers window. Any one have any info on changing the drivers window out to one that has a opening big enough to stick your head out.
Thanks & i love my 40Cx.

Welcome RDAYZ to irv2.
Do you have a drivers door or just wall with window?
Have you tried dealer for a conversion to larger window?

With deep enough pockets I am sure it could be done. I guess what you may want to do is try getting the measurements of your window and start shopping windows of different coaches that look close, making sure that the measurements are very, very close, also remember if you find one to order the window frame and gasket. Since the body is fiberglass, if you were to find a larger window you could always have the factory opening enlarged.
Personally, I like my little window designed along the lines of a bus drivers window, it service it's purpose, yet the remainder of the window gives a great unobstructed view.
Congratulations on your new Pacifica and welcome to the forum. Don't forget to check out the Freightliner forum and the CAT forum here on this site also.
Curious, what dealer did you purchase your coach at?

Giant RV in SoCal. This was my 5th purchase of a RV and have to say GIANT is a great outfit to do business with, can't say enough good about the whole process.I delt directly with Dick Torres the VP.
