Economy ?????????????????
Is there any way I can add something to get the miles per gallion increased on me Nat. Sea Breeze 2004 W22 8.1L.
Not sure if there is a way to do this but if you know of something Please let me know.

Best way is to park it.
Next is to ignore it and go. You don't buy a motorhome for economy.
Usually, anything more than lifting your foot costs more than it save.

I have a Scan Gauge II that I can monitor instant MPG. The difference between 60 MPH and 65 is about 1 MPG more at 60. I had Ultra Power installed and the HP and Torque went way up but when I use that extra HP the MPG goes down.

An apartment on wheels needs lots of energy to move it. My car gets 35 but I can't SSS in it.

scangauge helped me , more so when using CC, also gives you lots of other info in real time, worth the money. maybe a K&N air filter might help, anything after that gets $$

Everyone above is right. There is virtually nothing that you can add on that will ever pay for itself in gas savings that will ever pay for itself.
There will be lots of folks who will be telling you about extra power, better shifting and the like, but that is not what you asked about.
Slow down and enjoy the ride.

Like what was said, keep the foot off the floor and make sure your air pressure is correct for your load.
Also, speed is critical to a point - under 65 for sure.

Help in small ways...Make sure your plug wires are in good condition and check that your spark plugs are the correct range for your driving. I found some good tips on the Workhorse forum and changing my plugs and wires did help a little for not too much cost. The air intake is a long path and restrictive. I have not tried a K&N filter on my coach, but I had mixed results on two trucks, and you have to be very careful to oil the element prope rly. Cold air intakes are more efficient, but they are expensive and noisy, and I have all the noise I need when in lower gears or the cooling fans kick in. Lighten the load if possible (e.g. empty holding tanks and minimum fresh water), keep tires inflated as recommended, and of course maintain a reasonable steady speed. On our summer trip to Canada, weighing in at just under 20k pounds, and towing our HHR, we averaged 7.5 for the trip. Lots of mountain driving. I got 8.2 on our winter run to Yuma. I have the Ultra Power, and it may help mileage a bit-can't affirm it-but it is more for the torque and power boost which I can feel. I usually drive at 60 mph.

acceleration, speed, and load...
EASY starts
fewer stops - not many think of stopping as a mpg killer, but it is...
(if we didn't have to stop we would get Highway mpg not city
Wind resistance / flow dynamics - make your rv slip thru the air as best it can...
lower speed = less wind resistance... but stay in the sweet spot of your engine where the torque is highest at the lowest rpm...
for instance - my deezle makes most of it's peak torque @ between 1600 and 2000 rpms - if I use the gearing to keep the rpms about there, I will get the most work for the least strain - which means the best mpg...

I don't think we are allowed to use the word "economy" and "RV" in the same sentence.
Doing a little math. I get about 8mpg average. If I were able to increase that by 10%, I would get 8.8. 20% and we'd be up to 9.6. That is not going to happen.
Better mileage? Stay under 60mph but that's about it.
