Electrical Ground for Jacks Location?

have a 2000 34ft Sea View.

A few years ago we had problems with our jacks and it was the ground. The guy showed my husband where it was but he has forgotten. There is a solenoid in the bay where the electrical is that makes a noise that sounds like sparks flying (my best description). We were talking to someone on the phone and he says it sounds like a grounding problem, probably the jacks again but he has no idea where the ground is.

Does anyone know where it is? We also have the right front jack that leaks so we have to keep putting fluid in the tank. We can't afford to fix it again (had it rebuilt then replaced right after getting the MH).

My husband is in the early stages of Alzheimer, which doesn't help him trying to remember anything.

You have a large ground wire up front by the pump motor and tank also a inline fuse. You also have a ground wire from the control pad to the controler that also has 4 fuses. Things to check house battery switch ON transmission in Park and Parking brake ON.
