Electrical Issue?

While on the road in Nevada with an 07 Dolphin the driver's seat belt alarm goes off now and then, along with its panel light. Re-connecting the seatbelt fixes things for a while. Also, a few times the fuel and temp gauges shut down for a second, before returning to normal. I'm hoping its something minor.

I'd say you have some loose wires or a bad ground

Look for some connectors alongside the steering column. Pull them apart and reconnect them a few times. Wouldn't hurt to use some lube such as silicon as well.

You might check under the driver's seat for any wires to the seatbelt latch. Swiveling or moving the seat can put a strain on the wires and cause internal breaks in continuity even when the insulation looks OK.

I would start under the seat. And look for wires that may be shorted.. I"m not sure which way that switch works.
