F-53 expansion valve

pappaono Member National RV Owners Club Join Date: Aug 2008 Posts: 94	Took my 04 Sea breeze on a 03 Ford chassis to the ford dealer to get the A/C charged and the mechanic was unable to charge it do to what he said was a bad expansion valve. Only problem he did know how to get to the valve to change it. He said it should be right in front but appeared to be hidden behind a wall. How does he get to the valve or is it something I can do myself? Another place told me they could do it, but it would be "time & materials" hate to give them an open check book. Thanks for the help !
