Fiberglass Panel

Looking for the correct adhesive to attach a 9"x9" panel to metal at the outside of the slide rail on a 2004 National RV Sea Breeze LX8321. It popped of while open the slide with a storage door open.

I had the same problem several years ago I used a construction adhesive like liquid nails. I didn't trust it so I also was able to put a couple of wires on as well as a safety so I wouldn't loose it if it came loose. The adhesive has held for at least 5 years now.
