Finding the UVW

We have a 2005 Dolphin 5376 and are looking to re-register it in SD. They require a document which has both the UVW and VIN number. My registration title does not show any weight and the certificate in the front cupboard (thanks here to another IRV2 member for finding this!) only shows the GVWR and the GCWR.

Does anyone know what the UVW (factory weight) is of this type of motorhome or a way around this requirement?

Thanks!

Possibly they would accept a photo of the wieght sticker in the compartment above the drivers chair? I don't see how a weight slip would insure accurate unloaded weight. If anything it will be above the actual weight and possibly the registration would be more expensive.

There is a 2005 Dolphin brochure in the link under the sticky section:
Sticky: National RV Information

The brochure doesn't list a UVW for your particular model, but does list a Unloaded Weight Rating for a Dolphin 6375 of 20,840 lbs. There's probably not allot of difference between the two models.

A copy of the brochure page may be enough for the "officials" to get your rig registered.

Thanks so much for the info - I was able to get it from the Dolphin brochure (or at least, very close to it - much closer than taking it to a scale)!

Thanks!!
