First 2 Major Problems

2006 Dolphin 6320 LX. The rolling earthquake needs help.
The microwave/convection oven is slipping down. Kept finding small staples on the counter in the last few months. If they are what was holding the oven in place...we're all in trouble.
Anyone had this problem before?
#2 Bedroom slide outside frame appears to be moving downward/separating from wall. Inside corner cover is broken.
How about this one? Anyone?
Thanks for your help.

Small staples are ok... It's when you see the bubble-gum when serious.

Sorry.. Both those issues are really important

I have to tighten my microwave/convection several times through the years. You have to remove the bottom trim panel from inside the cabinet above the microwave. It's stapled down buy you can pry it up. When you remove this panel you'll be able to see the large machine screws holding the microwave up. I believe they have a phillips head. Tighten them up and you'll be good for another year or two of bumpy roads. After tighening the screws, replace the bottom cabinet trim piece. I always saved the staples and used a small hammer to pound them back in.

I've never had any problems with any of my slides.

Thanks Fred. I can see what you're talking about.
Now if I can get some help with that slide.

Your welcome. Your slide problem looks like water damage..
