Made first trip this weekend and learned many things about coach (2002 Tradewinds LTC). For example , there is a breaker on the generator- Onan 7500 quiet diesel, right next to the oil fill , that a mechanic can accidently bump, so you have no roof AC. Generator runs, but not AC units. Had generator serviced last week so we think this is what happened.
Main question of this post is - In the bathroom area, standing looking at the mirror. On the left side are switches for the light above the sink and the water pump. Directly under is a House type switch panel with a switch and a red warning light. Throw the switch , light comes on and then.........????. Not a RV type switch but household type as mentioned.
Ejection seat? Magic Fingers Massage for the bed? Got me.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Eric

Eric, I believe that switch is for your water heater. You can use this instead of propane to keep the water hot. Of course, you have to be plugged in to electricity. My 2003 Dolphin L/X has the same switch and I keep it turned on when traveling. The electric heater doesn't have the recovery rate of the propane so you might run out of hot water when taking long showers as my wife does. I've never run out of hot water. We turn the gas on about five minutes before her showers. When she's done, we turn the gas off.

It is the switch for your water heater.

Thanks for the info. I guess we didn't leave the switch on long enough to see any hot water. Didn't want to do something bad!!
