Foggy Glass on my Dolphin 5355

I recently bought my Dolpjhin 5355 and the cockpit windows are slightly fogged. Has anyone used the company called Duncan Systems? What was your experience with them rebuilding the windows? The rebuild cost is so much less then buying all new glass.

We have had 2 windows replaced through Duncan Systems. I do not have any experience with rebuilding windows only replacing them through Duncan Systems. I don't believe they actually do the work but contract out to local business'. I was very happy with both window replacements.

I just had mine replaced today from Duncan. They did a great job building my passenger side glass. Two weeks ago I had them ship me a drivers side windshield. They are very easy to deal with and I would use them again.

Foggy Glass on my Dolphin

Just curious did you have to ship them your old window to have it rebuilt or did they have the template. I have been talking to them and they are asking me to send in the old glass and they will build me new glass to install here in Pa. I am moving the MH to a winter storage inside on the 3rd of Dec and I will remove the two windows and ship them to Duncan.

I also found them to be very easy to do business with and they seemed very happy to get work for the month of December.

Sound interesting, can you give us a ball park figure on the side windows.

No Duncan didn't ask me to send in window. I just gave them the number off the glass and they shipped to a local installer which installed it for me. The windshield drivers side, was $1100 and if I'm not mistaken, the window was about the same. Thank God for insurance. :-) the labor for installing the ws $450 and the window was $400. It took then about 4 hours doing the ws and 2 hours for the window. Hope this helps.

Foggy side windows can be repaired the same way they repair the failed seals. The window is fogged because the seal has failed.
If you wander anywhere near Mesa Az, Auto Glass Boss does it.
Last January it cost $100.00 for the first window and $80.00 for each additional window on the same visit. They will come to your location and do the work.
They do excellent work and I would use them again in a heatbeat!
Their phone number is 480 962-3886.
And...... I do not work there and am not a relative!
