Was replacing the front door shock after it broke off the floor mounting stud, not very sturdy, and found that everything was wet under the bottom step rubber. The carpet along the edge was rotting and the wood under the rubber was all flaked, but no rust.I am thinking of replacing the carpet, etc in the stepwell with some kind of wood flooring, but after checking it out,I'd best take care of where it's coming from.
It looks as if it's running down the inside metal frame from the front top and down the frame between the door and front frame. Also, mebbee,it's coming down thru the door as there is some rust about three inches from the front edge on the door sill..
Sooo,I'm looking at redoing all the rubber gaskets and the door seals. It looks as if the foam seals are the same stuff that I can get at HD for the house, but where do I find the rubber gaskets seals on the hinge side of the door and over the top?

Have you tried your RV dealer or maybe camping world? That would be where I would start. Ask the Service Manager what he would suggest and how he would do it. They have been eager to give me advice in the past.
Good Luck !!!
