Front jacks won't go down

Hello all. My Father-in-Law has a 2001 National Dolphin and is having trouble with his leveling jacks, specifically the front jacks. When we press the jack down button for the forward jacks it just makes a noise that sounds to me like a combination of an alarm buzzer and a motor whining because it can't move beyond it's current point. We're in the process of trying to properly identify the jack model but I figured I'd take a chance and post here in case some else has dealt with something similar.

Did you check the fluid level or are they electric?

There is electric and fluid. At the moment we're thinking that one of the relays may be bad.

If the jacks were installed by National RV they should be Power Gear.

Leveling jacks

I had to put fluid in my new Dolphin one month after purchase. Ten years later still working good. When down I will spray a lubricant on them before retracting but this is only every 4 to 6 months.
