Fuel pump relay / fuse location 1998 tropical 6350

I was able to get the motor to crank today by spraying starter fluid in the intake. The fuel pump is not turning on. Can anyone tell me where the relay / fuse for the fuel pump might be located. My owner's manuals are clear on that and it doesn't appear to be in the chassis fuse box

Chevy or Ford chassis?
I believe National could be built on either in 98.
