Furnace not heating water bay

I believe I saw the duct either on the other side of the RV when viewed down the closed in space either behind the water sevice panel or other side behind the closed in space run to the other side of the RV behind the water heater. Either cavity is difficult to look into and the duct is not accessible. I think the duct goes into the floor on the bedroom side of the furnace but is not really shown the this image.

We also use the Lasko ceramic desk top heaters,,,for 2 years now. They have worked in -23 deg lows...and long term periods of under 30 deg.

We use two of them for the nasty cold, if below 20 deg. We have a GFCI outlet in the power compartment that we plug in to.

It is much easier to go to warmth..but with family in Denver....not as much fun!!

I purchased a Polaris $15.00 Electric Heater, has 4 heat settings, plus a thermostat, I put it all on low, and the bay has never dropped below 38 Deg even in seven days off 17 Deg.
