My wife and I just bought our first MH in November - a 2000 Tradewinds. Right now it is in storage for the winter, but we are getting ready for the first chance to de-winterize it and get on the road. I have been upgrading some things - (TV , backup camera and monitor, headlights) - and collecting spare parts to carry. I wanted to pick up an assortment of fuses at the local NAPA store, but stopped because there was 4 different types available.

What type do I need for the coach? APS, ATM, ATO/ATC, or APX? What type for the chassis fuse box? The manuals list the different fuse ratings I need, but not the types.

My 1999 Tradewinds uses ATO/ATC fuses for the house and the chassis. House fuse panel is in the compartment with the Inverter, rear on the passengers side, cahssis fuses are behind the map pocket by the drivers seat, somewhere around 2000-2001 a door was added to the outside beside the drivers seat to access the fuses, if your lucky you have this door.

Thanks for the info. That will keep me from having to crawl around in the storage yard to pull a fuse. I felt pretty dumb at NAPA last night when I realized I did not know the proper type.
