General 55g start switch

I have a Generac 55G generator. It has a start stop switch on the generator and when I try to start it from there it clicks like the battery is dead. It starts fine from inside the coach. I tried replacing the switch with no fix, any ideas on the issue?

Well, since it starts and runs from the inside switch and you have replaced the outside switch already, the only thing left that I can think is the wire or whatever is behind the outside switch is corroded or making poor contact on the genny side.

I found out what it was. When I replaced the switch I had the wires wrong. All of the wires are blue and I did not notice they had numbers printed on them. I found out the wire labeled "0" needed to be in the center of the switch. It is a ground
