We have a 2003 tradewinds on a dynmax 8 chassis. With a 40 gal gray water tank. Has anyone put in a larger tank? And if you did, what brand, and size. And where did you get it done at.
TIA
Barb

I took a spare water pump and plumbed the gray tank into the black. Who fills a black tank? I put a wind up electric timer from an electronic instrument and wired it to the compartment light. If it wasn't for the color of hose I used(orange) you'd think it was factory installed.

Let me put this so you can understand it. I plumbed a water pump into the gray water tank so when the gray water tank gets too full, I can pump the excess gray water in to the black water tank, which rarely, ever gets filled. Why would you need a larger gray water tank if you could pump the excess gray water into the black water tank? You have my condolences if you fill up your black water tank often.

Camco makes tank maximizer that will send extra gray water into the black tank or if you park somewhere that you can release the gray water nearby use a sewer cap with a hose connection. Amazon.com: Valterra Products, Inc. T1020-1 3" Black Termination Cap with Bayonet Hook and Hose Thread Connection: Automotive
I am currently watering a huge spruce tree in my daughter's back yard. I am very careful what goes down the drain, use only eco friendly soaps, and I move the hose to a different spot daily.
