I just bought an excellent 02 8311 Sea Breeze. It is a fantastic coach. The headlight lenses are yellowing and I want to know where can I get replacements. Can we put better bulbs in them (ie silverstars). Thanks
Zoli

This may sound funny but have you tried using a damp cloth and toothpaste to clean the lens. It works in most cases. In some cases you have to use a plexyglas cleaner. If it has small cracks in them they need to be replaced. Yes you can replace the bulbs with the newer ones but if you clean the lens you will find you don't have to. I have heard that the head lights are from a chev./gmc pickup.

Got a picture? Our 05 uses GM Yukon / Suburban / Pickup front lenses and 05 Ford econoline rears.
Yes, you can put better bulbs in them. SilverStars are a pretty good choice. My favorite aftermarket bulbs were the PIAA SuperWhites but I'm not sure they are still being made.

Rick, I am a dealer for PIAA, I sell about 10 pairs of bulb a day for the last 5 years, from my experience the PIAA Xtreme White Plus is the best, I use it on my vehicles and motorcycle, they have the brightest white beam on the market.
On my 03 Dolphin the lens is from a Yukon/Suburban.

It puts the seller in the position of receiving sales inquiries on the forums.

We prefer that you or anyone else contact the seller offline and keep any reference to a possible sale off the forums.

Thanks.

Another place to check was found by another poster is "partstrain.com". Part # is FD9296CCHL. The price was $155.00 a pair.

Thanks for the tips. I think I will pull one out if the polish does not work. The part # supplied for Parts train is a lense for 92-97 Fords. You think they used the same ones up until 02? I'll also get a picture. Thanks a bunch.

Post a picture of yours. It's quite common for RV mfg's to use sourced parts from the big 2.5. It's a lot cheaper than designing and having their own lighting units made especially for themselves. I have used www.fastbodyparts.com to buy new turn / DRL light assy's for our 05 Dolphin.

Here is a picture of my coach.

I started to take out the (2) screws of the light on top and they are the adjuster screws. How do I get the headlight out completely? Thanks
